Abstract Submission

Submission Guidelines

We warmly invite participants to submit their abstracts in the format of a structured abstract, which should concisely present the core of the paper in a shorter form than the full manuscript.

  • The abstract must be structured with a maximum of 400 words, excluding tables, figures, and references, and must follow the template provided below.
  • By submitting an abstract, authors agree to comply with all submission requirements. The conference secretariat reserves the right to decline any abstract that does not meet these criteria.
  • Notification of acceptance or rejection will be sent via email on 1 September 2025.
  • By submitting an abstract, authors also grant the conference organisers permission to publish the abstract in both print and electronic formats.

ABSTRACT (Title Times New Roman, 12 font size, bold, all caps). 

 

The abstract should be written in a maximum of 400 words using Times New Roman, 11 pt font size, justified alignment, and single spacing. It may be written in either clear and concise academic English or Indonesian. The abstract must summarize the main components of the research, including the background or research problem, objectives, methodology, key findings, and significance. Avoid the use of quotations or undefined abbreviations. The abstract should reflect the originality and relevance of the work in relation to the symposium’s theme and sub-themes.

 

Keywords: keyword1; keyword2; keyword3; up to 5 (This section should contain a maximum of 5 words, written in 11 pt font size and separated by semicolons).

 

Please also include a short author biography of no more than 50 words, written in the third person. The biography should briefly state your current institutional affiliation, research interests, and/or relevant academic background. This information will be published in the symposium materials.
